Welcome to Like As Me Salon! By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both our clients and staff.

 

Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your scheduled service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction on future bookings.

Deposits & Payments

  • Some services (e.g., Makeup) may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI.

  • All service prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

Refunds & Returns

  • Services rendered are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • Retail products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your stylist/therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service.

  • We uphold strict hygiene standards and sanitize all tools and stations between clients.

  • If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, kindly reschedule your appointment.

Children & Guests

  • Children are welcome only if receiving a service.

  • To ensure a calm and safe environment, we request clients to avoid bringing additional guests unless necessary.

Personal Belongings

  • Please safeguard your personal belongings during your visit.

  • Like As Me Salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data is kept confidential and used only for appointment management, promotions, and customer service.

  • We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
